01 — Basic Business Automation 

Our "Basic Business Automation" package includes a fully personal, hand coded, software that will help your business automate and manage itself with low human input needed. We code the software within 1-2 days (depending on requirements) personally for your business.
Below is a list of automation you may find useful for your business:

• Scanner — A full automation scanner system ran on android devices (provided with the scanner package) that links to software over a local wifi network (all devices on same network). This includes camera barcode scanning, auto stock checking, low stock alerts, full inventory listing via app, employee/user log system, fully local with user creation and different roles (e.g cashiers will only be able to scan items to remove from stock list, stockers will be able to add stock by scanning it, managers can access everything including logs of what each employee has done...etc) and much more.
• Rota/Clocking — Full automatic Rota generation with ability to select hours per day/week, start time, days per week, days on and days off and much more. Clocking system that ties to the rota so if someone has not clocked in that is on the Rota scheduled to work managers will get an alert via app. Can be set up for auto clocking when logging in and out of the app when on the local wifi network. 
• Salary — Full automated salary system that ties in with the Rota and Clocking system. Pay amount per hour/week/month is set for each employee and based on rota and clocking system it will automatically pay the employees each payday the correct amount. This includes a heavy log system so each little automation can be analised by managers easily and properly.
• Personal Touch — Depending on your business we code the software within 1-2 days to be personal to your business. For example: A bakery business would not need the same automation systems as a warehouse business. This is where our team comes to the rescue as the software is based purely on your business and your needs not a generic type of business. 




• Pricing — Pricing for the Basic Business Automation package would depend on what your autmation needs may require. For example the scanner system would have the option of including basic pre installed app android phones, rota/clocking would have option to have key fob clocking station instead of app clocking...etc
